At Career in Gaming, we want you to feel confident booking a session with us. We understand that plans change, so we've created a straightforward refund policy. All refund requests are handled promptly and professionally.
To request a refund or reschedule your session, please use the contact form on our website. Include your name, the email used for booking, and the date of your scheduled session. We process all refund requests within 2 business days.
Need to change your session time? You can reschedule at no extra cost up to 24 hours before your session through the Calendly link in your booking confirmation email. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
If you're not satisfied with your coaching session, reach out to us within 48 hours after your session. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that means a follow-up session at no charge or a partial refund. Your success is our priority.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
